Great to meet you!

I provide a thoughtful, holistic approach to psychiatric care, helping teens (15+) and adults navigate challenges like OCD, depression, PTSD, addiction, and more. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, and lifestyle interventions—including nutraceutical coaching—I help clients take control of their mental health in a way that fits their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I practice Precision Psychiatry, creating personalized treatment plans based on your unique brain and body. When appropriate, I use neurocognitive testing, genetic insights, and neuroimaging to guide medication selection and tailor treatment. My goal is a thoughtful, data-informed approach to mental health care—so you feel truly seen and supported.

What you can expect from me

As a mother of seven who homeschooled and cared for her husband through a lung transplant, I bring deep empathy, resilience, and wisdom to my practice. I understand the challenges of balancing life and mental health and create a calm, supportive space for healing. I blend science and holistic wellness to help you find relief, clarity, and lasting peace.
