Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. I have 20 years of experience in the medical field and 9 years of experience in managing mental health populations from childhood to adolescence and adulthood, effectively managing mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Substance abuse, Mood Disorders, and more complex mood and thought disorders. Working in outpatient and inpatient settings has allowed me to build long-term therapeutic relationships to support individuals through different stages of their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. For many of my clients, faith and family are core sources of strength, and I respect and honor those values as part of the treatment process. My approach is culturally sensitive, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I strive to meet each client where they are, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space to work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking clarity, stability, or a renewed sense of peace, we can create a personalized treatment plan that supports your healing and growth. Reaching out is a brave first step—and I’m here when you’re ready.
