Great to meet you!

I obtained a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University and am an independently licensed clinical social worker, in Arizona with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults, veterans, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including various types of traumas, depression and suicidality, anxiety, self-harm, drug and alcohol struggles, relationship issues, life adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem and ADHD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that feeling safe, supported, and non-judged are essential in building a successful working relationship, and treating everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. You are not a label. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that meets your specific goals and needs. My therapeutic style combines culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches using cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, attachment-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

It takes courage to build a happier and healthier life. You can create the life you've dreamed of, by taking one small step at a time, day-by-day. If you are ready to start your personal journey to feeling better and happier, I am here to support and empower you through identifying your specific needs and goals. We will develop action-based strategies through a variety of therapeutic activities, skills, and unconditional positive regard to support and guide you to toward your goals
