Great to meet you!

Hi! Welcome to my page! With 8 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence, individuals navigating pregnancy or postpartum concerns, and clients coping with anxiety and mood disorders. I obtained my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Monmouth University in 2018, and received my LPC in 2020.

My approach to therapy

My person-centered approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and empowerment. My job is to make you feel safe, respected, and understood. Sometimes we may be technique-focused, other times we may be focused on deep conversations. Sometimes we may even just be focused on the tea from the week!

What you can expect from me

In therapy, my goal is to help you build resilience, foster self-awareness, and move toward healing. I believe in walking alongside you with authenticity and care, honoring your unique path and inner strength. I utilize humor, genuine compassion, and a conversational approach to ensure you feel heard and valued.
