Hello! I have 11 years working in Mental Health. I received my Master's Degree in 2019 from Bellevue University in Nebraska. I Have worked as a therapist since 2019 within the prison system and have been doing private practice full time since 2023. I focus a lot on trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I most often use mindfulness techniques and helping someone be in the present moment. When working with trauma I focus more on the sensations someone has from the traumatic experience then the memory itself. Learn to identify thought distortions and reprocess.
