Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah — I’m someone who truly believes everyone deserves to feel heard, safe, and supported as they navigate life’s ups and downs. Before working in counseling, I spent over two decades in education as a classroom teacher and school counselor, which means I’ve walked alongside kids, teens, adults, and whole families through big feelings, transitions, and real struggles. Clients often say I bring a calm, grounded presence and make it easy to talk about what matters most to them.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a shared journey where we build trust and understanding together. I make space for you to explore your experiences at your own pace — whether that’s through talking, creative expression, or meaningful moments that don’t always need words. My goal is to meet you where you are with warmth, respect, and genuine curiosity. I’m especially experienced supporting people navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, grief, and life transitions.
