Great to meet you!

I came to this work through a deep personal journey of understanding what it means to be truly healed on emotional, psychological, and physical levels. I believe that separation from self is the root cause of suffering in body and mind. By identifying these specific fragments, there is an opportunity for true, lasting, restorative healing.

I work with clients experiencing extreme anxiety and depression, grief, insomnia, CPTSD/PTSD, and relationship issues. I also have experience with eating disorder and addiction recovery, as well as extreme attachment disruption from childhood trauma.

My communication style is one of inquisitiveness. I encourage curiosity, non-judgment, and no attachment to outcome. My tone varies depending on what is needed for the healing process. I have a compassionate, caring presence. My work is highly attuned, present, and reflective of what is presented in session.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Transpersonal and Humanistic models with Eco-Psychology and the Comprehensive Resource Model. I embrace Epigenetics to address concerns rooted in DNA. Through embodiment work, we access trauma effects from this lifetime and past generations. True healing lies in your relationship to your body.

What you can expect from me

Standard intake questions as can stimulate nervous system trauma "looping" that leave you exhausted. Instead, we establish resource loops to stimulate feel-good neurochemicals, and then explore what brings you to therapy. I'll invite you to do a specific breath and possibly take you on an internal journey to connect with the Earth. We'll find an eye position to anchor that feeling.
