Great to meet you!

Hi there, I am Sarah. I work with adolescents and young adults who are looking for support with mental health concerns that are affecting daily life, relationships, school, work, or overall well-being. Many of my clients come to me with symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, insomnia, or other psychiatric conditions. Some are looking for answers and an initial diagnosis, while others want ongoing medication management and support to help them feel more stable and confident. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I take time to get to know each person as a whole, not just the symptoms that brought them in. Together, we talk through your concerns, explore treatment options, and create a plan that feels realistic and personalized to your needs. I also believe it is important for you to understand your diagnosis and feel informed about your care every step of the way. My goal is to help you feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout the treatment process.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we can talk openly about what has been going on and what kind of support you are looking for. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your symptoms, history, strengths, and goals so we can build a clear picture of what you need. From there, we will work together to develop a treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and practical next steps to help you move forward. Taking that first step can feel hard, but you do not have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you on your path toward greater balance, stability, and well-being.
