Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, and trauma recovery, as well as LGBTQ+ folks - particularly those with transgender and gender non-conforming identity. Visit lightsidewellness.llc for more info!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic, trauma-focused approach to psychotherapy, integrating somatic work and CBT to support clients in strengthening the mind-body connection. EMDR is available for those seeking a structured approach to trauma healing. I help "people-pleasers" to be more assertive, reduce anxiety, and live self-determined, heart-centered lives. I'm proud to provide affirming care (including WPATH letters) to those who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender nonconforming, or questioning.

What you can expect from our first session

The therapeutic environment I seek to establish is one of safety, trust, and warmth, based on collaboration and mutual consent at every step of treatment. Clients can expect to experience a deeper connection with themselves, build skills to help them through everyday triggers as well as bigger stressors, and feel more grounded, secure, and confident to lead an authentic, vibrant life.
