Great to meet you!

I specialize helping people who struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, and trauma recovery, as well as LGBTQ+ folks - particularly those with transgender and gender non-conforming identity. I support people who are feeling bogged down by stress and worry, difficulty setting boundaries, or experiences of past trauma, and my eclectic therapeutic approach integrates all aspects of a person's life - mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, trauma-focused approach, integrating somatic (body-based) work and CBT (mind-based) work to help clients strengthen their mind-body connection. I also offer EMDR for those seeking a structured approach to trauma healing. I help "people-pleasers" to communicate authentically, set boundaries, reduce anxiety, and live self-determined, heart-centered lives. Additionally, I'm proud to provide affirming care (including WPATH letters) to those who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender nonconforming, or questioning their identity. Because I work with people who are asking big questions and struggling with big stressors, I strive to be a kind, supportive, and empowering presence in their lives.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic environment I seek to establish is one of safety, trust, and warmth, based on collaboration and mutual consent at every step of treatment. I show up in all my sincerest humanity and honor my clients' autonomy, so that they feel safe to do the same. Clients can expect to be: invited to forge a deeper connection with themselves; guided build skills to help them through both everyday stressors and big triggers; and inhabit a consistent, judgement-free space where they leave feeling more grounded and secure - finally able to lead an authentic, vibrant life!
