Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of preteens, adolescents, and adults. I work with patients with anxiety, depression, school and work challenges, and people who want to better understand and work on their relationships. I hold a Ph.D in Clinical and School Psychology from Hofstra University. I also completed the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Training Program and Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program at the William Alanson White Institute.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is warm and collaborative. Many of my patients feel lonely, overwhelmed, or stuck, and in our work we will identify patterns of behavior that may be getting in your way, and work on creating a life that is designed by you and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Most of my clients come to therapy because they want to feel better. Perhaps like you, they are suffering from symptoms of anxiety and depression. Over the course of treatment, we will work together, and clients often move beyond symptom management and develop new ways of being and interacting with others, enjoying more meaningful work and relationships.
