Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and talking about what’s really going on in their lives. I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field, including inpatient psychiatric care, private practice, and residential substance use centers. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions, helping them build insight, healthier coping skills, and stronger connections.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and strengths-based techniques to help clients build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space during their first session where they can share what brings them to therapy at their own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing your concerns, and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we start the process of working together.
