Great to meet you!

I welcome adolescents (ages 12 and up), adults, and couples from all walks of life. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your teen, an individual navigating life’s challenges, or a couple looking to strengthen your partnership, I provide a space where you can work toward your goals. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, I honor you as the expert in your own life. By integrating evidence-based clinical counseling with creative arts therapy, I help you process emotions that are often hard to express with words alone. I offer practical coping tools and creative exploration in a warm, non-judgmental space

I am a person-centered Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. I blend traditional talk therapy with creative, evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to assist with anxiety and emotional regulation. Alongside conversation, we can utilize your personal interests—like art, video games, and narratives—to help you process feelings and tell your story.

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, especially when you feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start. You don't have to navigate this alone or have all the answers right now. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whenever you feel ready, reach out to explore how we can work together on your journey.

My approach to therapy

Healing happens best in an environment built on trust, safety, and creative freedom. My practice is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I use traditional talk therapy and art therapy with evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, IFS, and attachment theory to help you build practical coping skills and achieve your goals.

To make our work engaging and accessible, I integrate art therapy, play techniques, and personal interests and hobbies.

Words aren't always enough to explain what we're going through. By blending traditional conversation with expressive arts and creative modalities, I help you process complex emotions and reconnect with your strengths. We will move entirely at your pace, working together to build resilience and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what goals you’d like to work toward, and a bit about your interests and strengths. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out right away—our main focus is starting to build a comfortable partnership and mapping out how we can best support you on your journey.
