I have over 16 years of experience providing therapy and interventions with youth and young adults as a school social worker. This work has given me the opportunity to better understand the social, behavioral, and emotional experiences that young people navigate each day.
In addition, I am well versed in other aspects of education including the special education process and the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
My passion is working with individuals experiencing life changes and transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school and social challenges, and assisting with the development of healthier ways to cope and thrive. I offer humor, warmth, and genuine curiosity as we develop a relationship- which I believe to be the most important aspect of therapy.
My goal is to provide a space where you can express yourself authentically in order to heal, grow, and find the confidence to work through life’s difficult challenges.
