Great to meet you!

My name is Sarah Bermingham, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting teens and adults who have faced difficult experiences that have significantly impacted their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from trauma. In our first few sessions, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the profound effects of trauma and begin to unpack the memories that may be hindering your daily life. What sets my practice apart is my extensive life experience, which allows me to truly empathize with your feelings and emotional struggles.

What you can expect from our first session

With ten years of experience I help people repair what is keeping them from feeling healthy. Together we will work through what is making everything feel so difficult. We will work together to process what is challenging in your past, present and future and create a plan to lessen those overwhelming feelings.
