Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe that taking even small steps towards addressing your mental health can be life changing. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014, Licensed since 2022. Currently my focus is addressing anxiety related symptoms for children ages 7 to adults, and ADHD related symptoms and behaviors for children ages 7 to adults.

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same, so I work with everyone individually. If we agree to work together then we will come up with a plan that works for your needs that best fits you through the therapeutic journey. It’s important that we build rapport and communicate openly. It’s also very important that you feel comfortable and respected. I will be here to support you, challenge you, and guide you through the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

We begin with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you wish to achieve in therapy. I work hard to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and secure. From this point, we’ll meet in regularly scheduled sessions to help make these goals a reality for you.
