Sarah Blackburn

My name is Sarah and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington & Wisconsin. I am also a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator.

I went to the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and earned my Masters in Clinical Forensic Psychology. I have been working in the field of mental health with high risk populations for the past eight years. I am well versed on big life changes that can cause a person to become confused; searching to regain their footing.

My approach to therapy is personal, causal, yet solution focused. I like to explore your values, life experiences and goals which all contribute to who you are present day. I believe that therapy can be instrumental in gaining perspective and shifting the way you process situations. I have a wealth of resources available and strive to find alternative coping techniques for my clients. I am committed to furthering my education and skill base to be the best therapist I can for my clients.
