Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years of experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and a wide range of emotional, mental health, and life challenges. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative, and I tailor therapy to your identity, experiences, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to therapy. I’m trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, dialectical behavioral (DBT), trauma-focused, and psychodynamic approaches. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for you and supports your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and talk about what’s going on in your life. I’ll ask questions, listen carefully, and get to know what’s been difficult, what’s working, and what you’d like to be different.

I’m warm, caring, and genuinely curious. I don’t rush to label you, give you a diagnosis, or tell you what to do. I believe people often have more answers than they realize. My job is to help you make sense of what’s happening, notice patterns, and find your own way forward.
