Hello! My name is Sarah Blizzard DNP, PMHNP, FNP. I am a board certified nurse practitioner in both psychiatry and family practice. I have been in practice for over 29 years as both a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner. I have extensive experience in psychiatric mental health and emergency medicine. I treat anxiety, depression, substance abuse, OCD, Bipolar disorder, dementia, insomnia, ADHD, and more.I work with patients ages 13 and older.
