Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ and NY that works with children, teens, families, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As someone who was once a queer child with ADHD, I know firsthand the struggles of navigating the regular stressors of growing up, plus a disability and confusion about my own identity. These personal insights fuel my commitment to helping others find their voices and embrace their authentic selves. I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and struggles with identity. I provide a personalized treatment plan that best suits my client's needs. My person-centered approach is rooted in empathy and support, creating a safe and welcoming environment for my clients to explore their unique journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that therapy is a partnership. You are the expert of your own life, and I am simply there to provide you support and guidance as you explore how to best move forward. From the very first session, I will be striving to create a warm and accepting environment that empowers you to share your thoughts and feelings. We will work together to come up with goals that are right for you, and in each follow up session we will continue to work collaboratively to achieve these goals.
