Great to meet you!

I have worked in the therapy field for a little over 6 years. I have worked in a community-based setting, private practice, and currently working in the school system. I tell my clients, "Therapy is safe place to talk about what you want to talk about." I have worked with all ages of clients, but due to the virtual platform, I think it is best for ages 10 and up. I work with clients struggling with diagnoses such as ADHD, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I want to help you not only function in life, but thrive.

My approach to therapy

I approach each client with empathy and care to create a safe environment for us to work through whatever concerns you bring to the table. I typically do not come to session with an "agenda", so you are in control of how our session goes. I am always here to guide and help explore but want to make sure you're getting what you need from our time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is more of a "Get to Know You" session. I will have some questions but am also here to answer yours. I like to learn why you are seeking therapy, what your past looks like and what you would like the future to look like.
