Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a safe place to talk, process our experiences, and find a way forward. I believe counseling is a collaborative journey where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and build confidence as you move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationships, parenting, life transitions, or simply feel stuck, you don't have to face it alone.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward positive change and greater well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe every person has a unique story, and counseling should be tailored to your specific needs, experiences, and goals. My role is to walk alongside you, provide support and guidance, and help you discover the tools and strengths you already possess.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to counseling.

During the session, I may ask about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, stressors, goals, and experiences that may be affecting your emotional well-being. This information helps me better understand your needs and determine how counseling can best support you.

You will also have an opportunity to ask questions, share what you hope to accomplish through counseling, and discuss what you feel comfortable working on.

The intake session is a safe space to begin telling your story and creating a plan for moving forward.
