Great to meet you!

Hello prospective clients! My name is Sarah and I am a counselor with a collaborative, solution focused, and person-centered approach. I believe the best counseling happens when a client is actively involved in their treatment. I will work with you to establish what you would like to get out of treatment so that you may have the best experience possible. In my experience, counseling has the best results when we work as a team. My experience primarily lies in working with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, coping skills, anger management, self-care, self-esteem, relationship issues, and parenting. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have conducted individual counseling group counseling, and family counseling. I am very passionate about what I do and would love to help you on your journey to become the best version of yourself!
