A bit about my approach to therapy

As a former editor, I spent many years fixing mistakes, just as a document can change by adding or removing one word, the same is true for the stories we tell of and about ourselves. I strives to help empower clients by assisting them with reauthoring their narratives. Clients will focus on what is helpful in their lives and work towards discarding what no longer serves them.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will receive a safe, warm environment to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Sarah's style is

Empowering
Solution-oriented
