Great to meet you!

Whether you are new to therapy or seeking a new therapist, reaching out is a big and important first step. Even with all the noise around us, life can feel extremely lonely. You are not alone. Through our work together, my goal is to help you build meaningful connections with parts of yourself you may have suppressed or forgotten, with what you value most, with the people in your life, and with the world around you. I have experience with adolescents, college students, adults of all ages, and families. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities and provide support for people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, gender identity, parenting, midlife and perimenopause transitions, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered and existential approach and see each client as an individual with a unique perspective and experience of the world around them. I use techniques from different methods including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and sometimes even a little humor.

What you can expect from me

I follow your lead and tailor my approach to your specific needs and comfort levels. This is not an inquisition-it's an invitation to share, and we go at a pace that feels good to you. I hope to convey my non-judgmental nature and provide a space that feels safe for exploring your thoughts and emotions, trying on different perspectives, and learning new coping skills.
