Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a Liscensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I help anxious young women learn how to manage thoughts and feelings in order to live a meaningful life and have fulfilling relationships. I specialize in stress management and look at each client's life wholly in order to help my client's move from feelings of overwhelm and burn out to balance and joy in their lives.

My approach to therapy

Working with clients, I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in order to help clients process and manage difficult emotions, learn new coping skills, improve relationships and accomplish goals.

What you can expect from me
