Great to meet you!

The pain points of our lives are not just that - they can also be barriers to reaching our goals or in living our fullest, most rewarding lives. We all have our own struggles that can cause us to feel stuck or lost. I help clients make progress through these pain points to meet their fullest potential. With curiosity and the motivation to understand ourselves better, we can tackle pain points big or small. I want to work with you to find your truest, most fulfilling self that can all too often feel buried underneath life's stressors. I want to be a source of support to you being your best self, partner, or parent you aspire to be.

My approach to therapy

Curiosity is one of our greatest tools as human beings - it enables space for us to explore, to question, to understand, and - ultimately - to learn and grow. Together, I want to help you understand yourself, your needs, your struggles, your goals, and all the wonderful elements that make you, you! Once these elements are better understood, they will be stepping stones in addressing the areas of your life that you want to add, change, or look different. Where possible, I aim to enhance your understanding with additional perspectives, information, and resources that will serve you and your goals. Curiosity and holding space for life's pain points are foundational steps to making real, meaningful changes in our lives.

What you can expect from me

Warmth, compassion, understanding, centeredness, and open-mindedness. Therapy can be a tremendously rewarding experience - and - it is one that asks for our vulnerability. Seeking help, ideas, guidance, or sharing our pain points are all some of the most vulnerable moments in our lives. I cherish and honor these vulnerable moments and experiences that bring clients to therapy. Each person is their own constellation of experiences - I want to help you understand yourself and be a source of support as you navigate your unique life in search of what matters most to you.
