Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (88866) and certified in MDMA-assisted therapy, integrative somatic trauma therapy, Ketamine-assisted therapy, emotional freedom technique, and Reiki (master level). I have trained extensively in somatic-based approaches, trauma-informed care, IFS, and addiction and eating disorder treatment.

I strive to support people in accessing their deepest levels of self and a richer connection with the world by identifying and healing the core of symptomology.

My approach to therapy

People who work with me are typically interested in mental, emotional, and spiritual growth and value a holistic perspective. I work with people from all walks of life with varied experiences and also specialize in trauma, death and dying, mindfulness, and have an extensive background in addiction and eating disorder care.

What you can expect from me

I work with people to help bring deep compassion for the full experience of being human to provide a fundamental environment for deep healing to occur. I support people to awaken their own potential to heal wounding and create an entirely new narrative and way of being in the world. While much of my background includes alternative and holistic healing modalities, evidence-based treatment approaches are solely utilized as mode of treatment.
