Great to meet you!

In 2008, I graduated from the University of Indiana with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Now, as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I have been working in individual practice for three years, after many years of working in the social work field. Prior to individual practice, I worked for a Community Center Board helping adults with IDD with behavioral challenges and overseeing their programming. I have also worked in hospice and hospital settings providing end of life and grief counseling, case management, resources, brief interventions, and initial assessments for identifying mental health conditions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic practice focuses on empowering individuals to develop deeper self-understanding, heal from past experiences, and cultivate meaningful connections. I am particularly passionate about supporting women, first responders, those struggling with addiction issues, and individuals working through attachment, communication, and life transition challenges.

What you can expect from me

I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and move toward greater emotional well-being. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices that respect each person's individual strengths and potential for growth.

In our first session, I will gather information about symptoms, history, goals, and expectations. We will lay the groundwork in this session to create a treatment plan and walk together on the healing journey.
