I received a Master of Social Work from Hawaii Pacific University in 2016, since then, my main goal is to empower and connect with you! I have enjoyed working with adults more than anything! I am very open minded and offer a space for safety and understanding. I'm a firm believer that education is the first step to healing and will lead to self-love and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Each person has a special journey, and I am honored to walk that unique path with you! I utilize multiple interventions, with a splash of whatever I feel fits each unique scenario. In graduate school I spent most time delving into the needs and challenges of the LGBTQIA+ community. Since then, I have expanded my practices to include sex and relationships.
