Sarah Cercone

I received a Master of Social Work from Hawaii Pacific University in 2016, since then, my main goal is to empower and connect with you! I have enjoyed working with adults with substance use disorder and mental health challenges as well as children and their families. I am very open minded and offer a space for safety and understanding. I'm a firm believer that education is the first step to healing and will lead to self-love and growth.

Each person has a special journey, and I am honored to walk that unique path with you! I utilize multiple interventions, with a splash of whatever I feel fits each unique scenario. In graduate school I spent most time delving into the needs and challenges of the LGBTQIA+ community. Since then, I have expanded my practices to include the effects of addiction and mental health issues on the family unit as well as family stressors related to child behavioral challenges.

All my clients can expect to leave a session with a sense of accomplishment, acceptance and a direction as to what steps or inner work to do until we meet again.
