Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure where to begin or who you can trust. I strive to create a compassionate and judgment-free space where you can feel safe and understood. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and many other concerns. I provide telehealth-only services, offering the flexibility and comfort of meeting from a private space that works for you. Together, we’ll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident, balanced, and and in control.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and strengths-based, with therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. Using evidence-based approaches, we’ll work together to build insight, strengthen self-esteem, develop healthy coping skills, and help you move forward with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for help is an act of courage—and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. If you’re ready to feel better, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful change, I invite you to call or text me. Let’s talk about what you’re looking for and how I can support you on your journey.
