Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm Sarah. I'm a fully remote therapist seeing clients in Florida, Virginia, and Washington. I can be direct and solution oriented in sessions or I can just sit and process emotions with you. Whatever your needs, I'd be happy to accomodate.

My approach to therapy

I focus on empowering my clients to destigmatize your shame, guilt, and fear in order to cultivate and create lasting growth. I take a direct and empowering approach in my sessions, showing clients that you too can lead the way in their lives in and out of session. I am also comfortable working with clients from any and all faith backgrounds or lack thereof.

What you can expect from me

Sitting with me feels a lot like hanging out. I want your sessions to feel comfortable, while also feeling productive. If you have goals, I want to help you reach them!
