I am passionate about caring for the whole person with a focus on mental health. I place an emphasis on the most up-to-date research in combination with individualized care that is specific for you. In your first appointment, we will spend about one hour going through your history, concerns, and I will ask you other questions related to the exam and potential diagnoses.

I utilize both medication management and some talk therapy. If I feel more therapy is needed than what I can provide, I will refer out to a therapist. I support and treat patients with numerous concerns and diagnoses including, but not limited to: ADHD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorders, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, personality disorders, PMDD, and post partum issues. I treat patients 18 years and older.

My goal is to work together with you to help you live your healthiest and most full life! Our first appointment together will take about an hour and will consist of history-taking and assessment. This will help me know how best to treat you. I will then present options for medications and/ or therapy based on the diagnosis, and will make plans for a follow up appointment, which will not typically take as long as our first appointment together.
