As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to growth and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the most challenging steps, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been working in the mental health field for almost 20 years in a variety of settings. I have experience working with a variety of including those challenged with anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD and depression. I have been most impressed with progress made through EMDR therapy.
