Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Florida.

I bring over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults—and just as importantly, I bring lived experience. I’ve personally navigated anxiety, depression, PMDD, postpartum challenges, parenting challenges, relationship challenges, and perimenopause. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure where to turn. That journey has made me a more grounded, compassionate, and honest therapist.

I work with clients navigating life transitions, burnout, hormonal changes, relationship stress, parenting struggles, and the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together. As a single parent raising two kids, I understand the pressure of juggling mental health, caregiving, and personal growth all at once.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, with an emphasis on helping you process emotions, explore your experiences, and discover new ways of understanding yourself and your challenges. I believe that meaningful change happens through collaboration, curiosity, and the safety to express yourself without judgment.

I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I bring not only professional experience but also personal insight, which allows me to meet you with genuine empathy and understanding. Whether you’re working through something specific or just need space to process, I’m here to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

I’d be honored to support you—whether you're ready to make meaningful changes or simply need a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard. Together, we’ll explore the barriers standing in the way of a more fulfilling life and work toward clarity, growth, and healing at your pace.

Feel free to email me or book directly through my Headway profile.

I have a special interest in women's health, PMS, PMDD, Post Partum Depression, and Perimenopause.
