Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over nine years of experience. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. I have worked in community, residential, correctional, and outpatient settings. I'm currently working with adult and adolescent individuals.

Together we can address issues you might be having with work, school, relationships, or other important things in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating an environment that is welcoming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. As your therapist, I am committed to helping you feel empowered as you navigate life's challenges. I'm here to listen, understand, and offer support as you work towards growth, healing, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Our first session provides a space to talk about background information and what brings you to therapy. I'll share what to expect from therapy to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. We'll identify your goals and work together over time to develop practical strategies to use in everyday life to help you achieve them.

If you are ready to start your therapeutic journey, I look forward to hearing from you!
