Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vanderbilt University. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of helping adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidenced-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you better understand yourself, develop practical coping skills, and move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and discuss what you hope to get our of the process. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, supported, and leaving with a clear plan for moving forward.
