I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress management concerns, identity exploration, anger management challenges, and life transitions. I also support children, adolescents, couples, and families seeking healthier ways to communicate, connect, and grow together. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing your experiences and exploring what meaningful healing looks like for you. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build resilience, and create a path toward lasting emotional wellness.
