Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges begin impacting your ability to feel connected, confident, and at peace. You may be struggling with difficult emotions, navigating a major life transition, facing challenges in your relationships, or trying to make sense of experiences that continue to affect your daily life. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress management concerns, identity exploration, anger management challenges, and life transitions. I also support children, adolescents, couples, and families seeking healthier ways to communicate, connect, and grow together. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing your experiences and exploring what meaningful healing looks like for you. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build resilience, and create a path toward lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and growth oriented. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel supported while also being empowered to take active steps toward the life they want to create. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Solution Focused Couples Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care to tailor treatment to each individual's needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to current challenges while building practical coping skills and strategies for growth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, identity issues, stress, anger management, or family challenges, therapy will focus on helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are respected and your goals remain at the center of our work together. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged as you work through challenges and pursue meaningful change. As we work together, you may develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered to move through difficult experiences with resilience while building a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and hopes for the future.
