Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, working in some of the most challenging clinical settings, I have a diverse skill set to process through even the most complex issues. While I specialize in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, I realize that the human condition is complex and I do not believe in an “one size fits all” approach to treatment. Rather, I find the most success in tailoring my interventions to align with my client’s individuality and personal goals.

My approach to therapy

Life can be downright stressful, these days now more than ever. And if we are not careful with ourselves, this stress can snowball into something more serious, impacting our ability to show up for ourselves and in our relationships. We are not meant to navigate life’s challenges alone, and finding a trustworthy and non-judgmental professional can be the first step in your journey to unlocking your fullest potential

What you can expect from me

By fostering a collaborative and empathic relationship, together we can begin to peel back the layers and examine any wounds from your past, negative feedback loops or maladaptive coping patterns in order to establish healthier coping strategies to live your best life. My intention as a therapist is to create a warm and accepting space for my clients to feel supported, provide evidenced based guidance, accountability and celebrate in your successes.
