Great to meet you!

My passion is for helping others flourish! I am interested in how systems affect society, community, family units, and, ultimately, the person. We are all shaped and affected by the world in which we live. The focus of my practice is geared toward helping you develop affirming responses and positive interpretations in your life, helping you to have agency and integrity in the midst of tumult and change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My client-centered and supportive therapeutic approach is led by you! Your goals and intentions for seeking therapy are at the forefront during each session. There are many ways to address your issues, which are openly discussed and guided by you throughout our sessions. I view "problems" as opportunities, as windows or doors opening for the client to heal and change.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapy practice is guided by hope and compassion. Over time you will increasingly be empowered to know, love, and trust yourself. We will practice compassion for ourselves and the story we have lived. And we will grow in hope for the story we will learn to live out.
