Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed professional counselor and have been in the mental health field for over 12 years, and a counselor for 7 years. My approach to therapy is to help individuals increase their self-awareness and empower them to be their best selves. I work with all age groups, but focus more on ages 15-65. I utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy and will work with you to find what works best for you and your situation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy varies based on the client's needs. I use several modalities, depending on the population I am working with. For individuals, couples, or a family, the modalities I utilize the most are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT), attachment-based therapy, and interpersonal skills. My goal is to help you identify your power and potential for growth and establish healthy relationships with yourself and those around you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will explore the situations and experiences that have helped create the person you have become. We will discuss the feelings and situations that brought you to therapy and begin building a plan to help you in the healing process. The first session is also about building a connection and creating a space without judgment where you feel comfortable sharing difficult things.
