Great to meet you!
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You may be feeling overwhelmed, noticing patterns you want to change, or simply needing a place to talk openly. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and where we can work together toward what matters most to you.
I believe mental health is connected to the rest of our lives—our physical health, relationships, daily routines, and experiences. I take a whole-person approach, getting to know your strengths and challenges while helping you find practical ways to move forward. I value honest conversations, curiosity, and goals that make sense for your life.
I also enjoy working with couples and have experience helping partners navigate communication difficulties, recurring conflict, and changes in their relationship. Couples counseling offers space to better understand each other, work through difficult conversations, and find ways to feel more connected. My role is to help both partners feel heard as we explore the patterns affecting your relationship and the changes you want to make together.
