Great to meet you!
I am a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor who feels deeply honored to walk alongside people as they pursue healing, growth, and transformation. Throughout my education and life experiences, I discovered a passion for entering into others' stories with compassion and curiosity. As someone who is on my own journey of emotional healing, I know how courageous it is to seek support, and I am continually inspired as I watch clients access the strength and resilience that is already within them.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Georgia and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University.
I frequently support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression and hopelessness, shame and self-worth concerns, intrusive thoughts, relationship anxiety and conflict, attachment wounds, emotional regulation difficulties, identity development, eating disorders and body image concerns, and challenges related to mindfulness and nervous system regulation.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy yoga and movement, spending time with my family, reading novels, listening to audiobooks, and being outdoors. I also love incorporating creativity and mindfulness into my work through practices like breathwork, expressive writing, watercolors, and nervous system regulation.
