Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) who helps people feel more at home in themselves. I often work with individuals who feel stuck in their relationship with food, body image, or the pressure to constantly perform and hold it all together.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I’m trained in CBT, ACT, DBT, and RO DBT, so we can find an approach that truly fits you. Together, we’ll focus on building flexibility, coping skills, and sustainable change that actually translates into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

My style is relaxed and collaborative, so this will feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. I’ll ask some questions to understand your story, and we’ll begin identifying what you’d like to shift and what support could look like.
