Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally stuck — like everything takes more effort than it should. Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, your motivation is low, or you’re going through the motions without feeling fully present. Many of the adults I work with live with anxiety, depression, trauma, or are navigating major life transitions, including autistic adults and those exploring a later-in-life diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

My style as a therapist is relational and supportive, and I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely understood. Our work together isn’t about fixing you or pushing you to change before you’re ready. It’s about building a trusting relationship where you can show up as yourself — without masking, over-explaining, or having all the answers.

What you can expect from me

I work with adults around anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and neurodivergence. I also facilitate autism support groups. In both individual therapy and group spaces, I focus on helping you better understand yourself, develop coping tools that actually fit your life, and feel more grounded and connected over time.

Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and you don’t have to take it alone. If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I invite you to reach out to schedule with me!
