Great to meet you!

With over five years of clinical experience, I support adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating emotional and interpersonal challenges. With a background in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, I bring an inclusive perspective to my work. I help clients make sense of their experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. Specific treatment areas include anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I support clients who are ready to take an active role in navigating life’s challenges, whether they’re experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, low self-confidence, or simply feeling stuck. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and real - where you can show up as yourself and feel genuinely understood. Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you approach challenges that may currently feel overwhelming or impossible.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process, and you are the expert on your own experience. My role is to offer perspective, support, and practical tools along the way. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, more fulfilling relationships, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater intention.
