Great to meet you!

I believe overcoming life’s obstacles and achieving wellness is possible. That’s why I started my practice. I want to help others discover within themselves their potential for a full and beautiful life. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, sadness or depressed mood, struggling with the effects of traumatic life experiences, I am here for you; a safe place to explore, heal and find a way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person centered. I want to hear about you. I am listening to your story and together we will identify areas of your life that need attention. I will help to steer you to self-discovery that leads to long lasting change. Your growth and change come from inside yourself, drawing on your strengths and values to create the life you desire. I will be your partner toward your goal.

What you can expect from me

We start with a simple conversation by phone. From there we will determine together what the next step will be. Perhaps one or two sessions will be enough to move you forward. Or, possibly more. This is where collaboration is important, but don’t be afraid to reach out. You don’t have to know exactly what you need before contacting me. We’ll start there.
