Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes in creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly heard. I specialize in both trauma focused and couples therapy, helping people navigate their own relationships with pain, as well as the challenges, hurts, and stressors of relationships with others and everyday life.

My background in social work and psychology has given me the chance to work with individuals and families in various contexts, including forensics, high-stress/crisis environments, inpatient, and outpatient settings. As well as across multiple populations (e.g., ASD, IDD, aging individuals, adults, teens).

I bring that experience to my practice so clients can feel supported in even the toughest situations. I know it can take a lot of courage to reach out for help, and my goal is to make the process as safe and welcoming as possible.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach - therapy is something we do together. I use evidence-based methods, but I always adapt to what works best for you. With couples, I focus on strengthening communication, reconnecting, and rebuilding trust. In trauma therapy, I help clients process difficult experiences while building healthier coping strategies and letting go of those that no longer serve you. My style balances practical tools you can use right away with space for deeper reflection and healing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our sessions with new insights, strategies to handle stress, and a stronger sense of direction. My goal is to help you feel more connected - to yourself, to your people, to your partner, and to the life you want to build. Sessions are supportive, honest, and growth-oriented, so you can make meaningful and lasting changes.

Couples often walk away with clearer ways to communicate and reconnect. Trauma survivors leave with tools to feel safer, more in control, and better able to move forward. You can expect a mix of reflection, healing, and practical tools to help you in your day-to-day life. Above all, I want you to feel empowered, hopeful, and equipped with strategies to manage stress or conflict, in a space where your experiences are honored and your growth is supported.
