Hi, I have served in the military for 8 years, that began my passion for mental health. I have 4 years of experience in the mental health field through various positions. My passion is to serve my community and fellow Veterans who have served our country, and their families. Through my own experiences and the experiences of others, I hope to support and guide you in your healing journey with compassion, respect, non-judgment, and empathy. I will provide support, encouragement, understanding and compassion throughout your healing process.

Utilizing client centered and trauma informed care, you can expect to be present in all decisions regarding your healing journey. You are the driving force towards your health and well-being, I would like to help you achieve your mental wellness goals.
