Great to meet you!

Often times life’s struggles can be overwhelming, lonely, and confusing. I am happy to join people as a teammate on their journey to improved clarity and feeling less alone. I pride myself on creating a relaxed and professional, atmosphere where we can work together to help you become the best you. I utilize a combination of skill building, processing, and encourage cognitive and behavioral changes to help my clients become their best self. I like to keep therapy interesting and engaging and use variety and your interests to help you make the changes toward a better life.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples who are seeking mental health or substance abuse treatment or both. I have also worked extensively and have additional training supporting family members of people with a substance use disorder, LGBT+ people and those who have ADHD. I additionally work with people who experience anxiety, depression, role changes, boundary and communication difficulties, personality disorders and trauma.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy working with all types of people and have been described in both my personal and professional life as easy going, funny, accepting, and easy to talk to. If I sound like the right type of therapist for you, reach out and let's get started toward a happier and healthier future.
