I draw from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for real-life change. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, whether they’re navigating a specific challenge or simply wanting to grow and feel more grounded. I especially enjoy supporting clients with anxiety reduction strategies, depression, relationship concerns, and stress management, always at a pace that feels supportive and empowering.
